U.S. sports legend Earvin 'magic' Johnson has settled a lawsuit with a former employee who accused him of firing her without good reason.
Lanita Thomas, who worked as a flight attendant on the star's private jet from 2004 until 2012, filed suit against the basketball icon over claims she was dismissed after turning up late for work.
She added that her tardiness was down to her running errands for Johnson.
The pair has now settled out of court for an undisclosed sum, according to Tmz.com.
