LEONARDO DiCaprio is considering taking a break from the film industry to spend time working in theatre.
The Wolf of Wall Street star has apparently been considering a stint on stage for several years, but he has never managed to find time in his work schedule to follow his dream.
Now the actor has now revealed he plans to spend some time away from filmmaking to tread the boards once his awards season commitments come to a close.
He tells Britain's Daily Mail newspaper, "I'm going to get all of this - the awards and travelling - over with and maybe, just maybe, there will be a play. I've actually been looking at plays, and I have read a bunch of stuff. I would love to do it. I have thought about theatre on and off over the years, but other things kept getting in the way. Maybe now's the time."
