Orange Is the New Black star Lauren Lapkus has offered her estranged husband $85,000 (£59,360) to settle their divorce.
The actress announced her split from writer/actor Chris Alvarado on Valentine's Day (14Feb16), and it has since been revealed she filed court papers to make the break-up official last month (Jan16).
In legal documents obtained by TMZ.com, she lists their date of separation as New Year's Day (01Jan16), and asks a judge to block any request Chris may make for spousal support.
However, she declares she is willing to hand over a generous sum so they can sign off on the divorce without any issues.
The couple wed in May, 2014.
Lauren, 30, broke the split news to fans on Sunday by sharing a photo of the estranged couple on Instagram.
"Happy Valentine's Day," she captioned the snap. "Today feels like the right time to post that Chris and I have decided to part ways. This has been a tough time but we are still friends and wish the best for each other."
