Latin hip-hop superstar BIMBO refused to let a painful leg injury stop the show at a performance in Los Angeles on Friday night (18NOV05), but needed a chair to help him stand on stage.
The heavyweight SHOW ME YOUR BOOTY sensation was left unable to walk without assistance earlier this month (NOV05), after an undisclosed leg injury - but he was determined not to let fans down at a sold out Rumba Room show.
Taking a cue from his late hero, Big Pun, Bimbo leaned on a stool for support during his performance, while girls from the audience crowded onstage and danced for him.
His manager June Marengo had to join him onstage to help him through a medley of closing songs.
Bimbo will also fight the pain at the Premios Too Much Awards in New York tonight (21NOV05), where he'll perform his international hit single FILL UP MY GAS TANK.
