Movie beauty NICOLE KIDMAN snuck into the changing rooms of Sydney's Telstra Stadium on Saturday (21AUG04) to meet her favourite Aussie rules football team the SYDNEY SWANS.

The OSCAR-winning star has been at her home in the Harbour City relaxing with her children ISABELLA and CONNOR and was delighted to get the chance to meet the AUSTRALIAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE (AFL) team when her pal, the Swans' doctor NATHAN GIBBS invited her down to the arena's locker rooms.

Midfielder JUDE BOLTON enthuses, "I asked her whether she enjoyed the game, asked her whether her kids came out, Connor and Isabella, and she said Bella doesn't like the footy."

MATTHEW NICKS, a long term friend of Kidman says, "Nicole and I have been friends for years; we are pretty close.

"She's been a Swannies fan for a while and I've met her before through Gibbsy so it wasn't a big issue.

"I think she just wanted to come along and watch the game and see how the boys went. She was actually pretty shy in the rooms afterwards."

Luckily for Kidman and the boys, the Swans beat the ESSENDON BOMBERS 17.8 (110) to 12.18 (90).
