Country singer Josh Gracin is ready to return to the stage two weeks after worrying friends and fans by posting an apparent suicide note on Facebook.com.
The former American Idol contestant caused concern after writing a cryptic message on the social media site that suggested he was thinking about taking his own life following a bust-up with his wife.
Police tracked Gracin down and he was admitted to an inpatient facility to seek help for his battle with depression, according to his manager.
He subsequently cancelled scheduled tour dates, but he is already planning to get back to work this weekend (30Aug14).
Gracin has taken to his Facebook page, writing, "Finally getting back out on the road!! I will be playing this Saturday at the Mercury Ballroom in Louisville Ky (Kentucky)! Please get your tickets now! I would love to see you all there for my first show back."
Gracin, a former U.S. Marine, has also given fans a special treat by sharing videos of himself singing two new songs called Let Her Go and Say Yes from a recent writing session.
