Jim Reeves' relatives are heading to court this week (beg23Jan12) to do battle over the late country star's royalty payments.
The Welcome To My World singer died in a plane crash in 1964 at the age of 39 and his widow Mary Reeves Davis took control of his posthumous career up until her death in 1999.
Terry Davis, who married Mary after the star passed away, is now heading to court to fight for a share of the royalties following a longrunning feud with Reeves' niece and nephew, Lani Thomas Arnold and Bill MCNeese.
The case will go to trial on Monday (23Jan12) at Davidson County Probate Court in Tennessee to decide the proper division of the singer's payments, which amount to up to $400,000 (£250,000) a year, according to The Tennessean.
Buoyed by the success of last year's 'Ocean Av', Boston-born Brooklynite Emma Frank releases her fourth album 'Come Back'.
