A lawyer representing Jennifer Capriati has fired back over allegations police in Florida are seeking a warrant for the tennis star's arrest over an alleged dispute with an ex-boyfriend.
Officials at the North Palm Beach Police Department of Florida are reportedly seeking Capriati's arrest over allegations she punched former lover Ivan Brannan in the chest during an argument at a gym.
However, Capriati's attorney is adamant the reports have been exaggerated and insists cops have yet to question the sports star over the claims.
The lawyer says in a statement, "There is no arrest warrant for Jennifer Capriati. The case between Ms. Capriati and Mr. Ivan Brannan has not yet been assigned in Palm Beach County and has not been reviewed. The current facts being circulated by Mr. Brannan are an over exaggeration and the police report is one-sided in Mr. Brannan's favour since they failed to get Ms. Capriati's side of the story."
Corgan took to Instagram to confirm rumours of new Pumpkins material, saying the first songs could arrive as early as May.
