The three children of late violin maestro ISAAC STERN are suing the executor of their father's will, claiming he had no right to auction off the classical music star's personal items.

WILLIAM MOORHEAD sold off autographed photographs and violins among other items at auction after Stern's death in 2001.

Stern's kids are asking for a $2 million (GBP1.05 million) payback.
