A crew member who was injured on the set of romantic comedy New Year's Eve is suing the studios behind the movie for medical expenses and unspecified damages.
Set builder Scott Canfield fell from a pallet that was hoisted into the air by a forklift, cracked his head and suffered a brain injury, according to his lawsuit, which Tmz.com has obtained.
The incident happened in February, 2011.
Canfield is suing Warner Bros. and New Line Productions.
