Former gangsta rapper ICE-T used to go to school with rollers in his hair.
The hip-hop star-turned-actor, 51, admits he was obsessed with curling his locks to achieve the perfect coiffed look and refused to take the accessories out until his hair was ready.
So he would turn up to class with big pink rollers in his mane - and he insists he was the envy of all his schoolmates.
He says, "I used to wear rollers to school... and house shoes. That's how gangsta I was.
"I didn't wanna pull my hair out till second period. There were different colour rollers for different hair. If you had the little green rollers it meant you had a bit of hair but you (were) a little bald. If you had the big pink rollers, like I had, it meant you (were) a baller."
The youngster hasn't been the same since his trip to the Upside Down.
The actor says he isn't "holding out for more money or doing anything like that".
The drama will be making its return to the streaming service in the near future.
