Police are investigating after human remains were reportedly found in reality star Mama June's new house.
June apparently purchased the property in Griffin, Georgia, as an investment, and hired workers to begin renovation works on Saturday (12Mar16), according to TMZ.com.
Griffin Police Department told the website that the employees found an abandoned well on the property, and attached a cellphone to a rope to try and find out what was at the bottom.
They believe they saw the remains of a human skull, and immediately called the police.
June was not on the property when the discovery was made, but she was told of the possible human remains by authorities. Police later scoped the abandoned well with their own equipment and believe that the skull could in fact be a rock. However, they will be returning on Sunday (13Mar16) with a cadaver sniffing dog, TMZ.com reports.
A representative for the former Here Comes Honey Boo Boo star has yet to comment on the report.
