A Hollywood stuntman who worked on movies including The Hunger Games: Catching Fire has died in a freak parkour accident.
Carlos Lopez, 24, is reported to have passed away in Portugal on Thursday (02Oct14) after falling during a jump from a fourth-floor window onto a neighbouring veranda.
He was a regular crewmember on martial arts Tv show Between Bullets, and his death was announced in a post on the series' official Facebook.com page.
The message reads, "We are very sad to announce that our beloved castmember and stuntman Carlos Lopez has passed away, R.I.P. We would like to dedicate Between Bullets in his memory and we were so bless to have him on our set (sic). He was so excited to be with us and a joy to have him apart of our Bb family. He will appear in the 3rd episode and has the last Mma (mixed martial arts) fight with our lead character Johnny. Prayers and thoughts to his family and friends."
Other films Lopez worked on include Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, 22 Jump Street and Olympus Has Fallen.
The actor says he isn't "holding out for more money or doing anything like that".
