Actress TARAJI P. HENSON fears she is still single because men feel threatened by her success - and is urging potential suitors to pluck up the courage to approach her.
The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button star is a single mum to her son Marcel, who was born in 1995, and has long named him as her "number-one priority".
But Henson is open to offers of romance - if only she was given the chance.
She tells America's Men's Fitness magazine, "Most men are fragile. I'm a successful woman, in the public eye, and raising a child by myself. It can leave guys feeling like, 'Damn, how can I have a chance?' Just be a man!"
'Smalls Change (Meditations Upon Ageing)' arrives in April.
The two awards have made for a great 72nd birthday present for the country music icon.
