A member of Britain's famous Fiennes family has been stabbed to death in London.
James Fiennes, 49, a cousin of acting brothers Ralph and Joseph Fiennes, and celebrated adventurer Sir Ranulph Fiennes, was attacked during a night out at a bar/restaurant in the London suburb of Mortlake in Richmond upon Thames on Tuesday evening (22Apr14).
He allegedly became involved in an argument with another patron and was stabbed with a pair of scissors. He died from his injuries after he was transported to a local hospital.
Nicholas Hunter, 36, from Clapham, has been charged with murder and making threats to kill. His next court date has been booked for 28 April (14) at Kingston Crown Court.
