FLASHDANCE (WHAT A FEELIN') singer IRENE CARA has covered PETULA CLARK's 1964 hit DOWNTOWN as the theme to a new movie, DOWNTOWN: A STREET TALE. The singer/actress, who won two Grammys and an Oscar for her Flashdance theme in 1984, also recorded the theme from FAME.
The live album is set for released in November.
