LATEST: Bollywood badboy SANJAY DUTT will have to wait one more week for a bail hearing over his conviction for his involvement in the 1993 bombings in India. The actor, who was sentenced to six years behind bars for illegal possession of weapons linked to the bombings in Mumbai, was released on conditional bail in August (07) because the anti-terror court failed to provide him with a copy of its judgment - but he was ordered back to prison after a short reprieve. Dutt, 48, is now appealing against his sentence, insisting it was based on a confession he later retracted. But India's Supreme Court has adjourned Dutt's bail plea hearing until 27 November (07). Dutt remains in New Dehli's Yerawada prison.
