Comedian/actor Donnell Rawlings has turned down a plea deal in his driving while intoxicated case.
The Wire Star, who was arrested following a traffic stop in New York last month (Jul14), appeared in court in New York on Wednesday (20Aug14), where he was offered a deal which included a $300 (Gbp176) fine and 90-day driver's license suspension, according to the New York Post.
Lawyers for Rawlings rejected the deal because it could potentially bar him from travelling to Canada, where the charge is a felony.
Rawlings' next court date is set for 15 October (14).
