Comedian/actor Donnell Rawlings has turned down a plea deal in his driving while intoxicated case.
The Wire Star, who was arrested following a traffic stop in New York last month (Jul14), appeared in court in New York on Wednesday (20Aug14), where he was offered a deal which included a $300 (Gbp176) fine and 90-day driver's license suspension, according to the New York Post.
Lawyers for Rawlings rejected the deal because it could potentially bar him from travelling to Canada, where the charge is a felony.
Rawlings' next court date is set for 15 October (14).
The film will be the first in the Marvel Cinematic Universe led by a person of colour.
The actor plays the titular hero in the forthcoming adaptation.
Rock legend Eric Clapton has admitted the era of the guitar may be ''over''.
Following his success with 'The Force Awakens', the director will close out the trilogy.
