Police were called to a restaurant in Pennsylvania over the weekend (12-13Mar16) over a bill dispute involving actor/comedian Donnell Rawlings.
The Spider-Man 2 star was dining at Little Pete's in Philadelphia on Sunday (13Mar16), when he exited the restaurant for what he claimed to be a smoking break.
However, Rawlings' waitress thought he was trying to skip out on the bill and confronted him. The 45-year-old claimed bosses at the establishment never gave him a chance to pay, but they insisted Rawlings appeared intoxicated. A fight broke out following the confrontation and cops were called to the location, but no one was arrested.
Rawlings ended up paying his $12 (£8) bill and left a $60 (£42) tip, according to TMZ.com.
