U.S. reality Tv star David Tutera has split custody of his twins with his former partner after a judge ruled they should each look after one of the babies.
The small screen star, who fronts American series My Fair Wedding, separated from his husband, Ryan Jurica, earlier this year (13), just months before a surrogate mother gave birth to the couple's children in July (13).
The men both fertilised eggs from a donor which were implanted into the surrogate, so a U.S. judge recently issued a temporary order allowing them both custody of the child they fathered.
Tutera has been granted custody of daughter Cielo, while Jurica will look after her brother, Cedric.
The former couple was together for 10 years before the split, and according to Tmz.com, they are now nearing a final settlement to make the parenting arrangement permanent.
The film will be the first in the Marvel Cinematic Universe led by a person of colour.
The actor plays the titular hero in the forthcoming adaptation.
Rock legend Eric Clapton has admitted the era of the guitar may be ''over''.
Following his success with 'The Force Awakens', the director will close out the trilogy.
