Veteran British Dj Dave Lee Travis will face a retrial on charges of indecent and sexual assault.
Earlier this month (Feb14), the 68-year-old entertainer was found not guilty of 12 charges relating to alleged sex attacks on women as young as 17 dating back to the 1970s.
However, the jury failed to reach a verdict on a further count of indecent assault - relating to an alleged attack on an actress backstage at a pantomime between November 1990 and January 1991 - and one of sexual assault, which stems from an alleged incident during an interview with a female journalist in 2008.
Prosecutors have now confirmed Lee Travis will be retried on the two charges.
The decision was announced during a hearing at Southwark Crown Court in London on Monday (24Feb14).
Lee Travis has been bailed until 28 March (14) when he is due back in court for another hearing.
