A North Dakota coroner has determined Gwar rocker Cory Smoot died from a coronary artery thrombosis, according to a newly-released autopsy report.
The masked guitarist, aka Flattus Maximus, was found dead by his bandmates last month (Nov11).
Coroner William Masselo has revealed Smoot suffered from "pre-existing coronary artery disease", which led to a fatal blood clot.
Smoot, 31, had been Gwar's guitarist since 2002.
