Colombian soap star Mauricio Bastidas has been hospitalised in Bogota after he was attacked by street thugs.
The hunk, who played villain Pedro Venildo Caseres on Tres Milagros, was beaten up by four men while he was taking an early morning stroll on 12 May (13).

They allegedly punched Bastidas multiple times before making off with his cash, cell phone and other valuables.
The actor was taken to a medical centre, where he underwent several surgeries to repair injuries to his eyes and nose, according to local publication El Colombiano.
In a post on Twitter.com, he later wrote, "I do not know what to feel. The pain it gives me to see me like this is more than the physical (pain)."
