Theatre bosses at America's AMC cinema chain have chosen not to show a controversial new movie, in which top comics tell a mythical dirty joke, because it's too rude.
The nation's second largest cinema chain won't air unrated The Aristocrats because bosses fear the blue gag, which is told by a host of comedians, goes too far.
AMC spokeswoman PAM BLASE says, "We are trying to programme more specialty films in our theatres, but we are very selective.
"We've made a business decision and evaluated all the factors and we will stick with that decision."14/07/2005 09:09
