Speaking to BANG Showbiz at the Red Women of the Year awards in London last night (03.09.14), Charlotte shared: ''One person I would love to make up is the Queen of England. Honestly, that's who I really want to make up.''
The businesswoman - who has worked with royalty in the past - refused to name her high society clients but revealed she was forced to change her technique when making them up.
She joked: ''You can't turn them into a slapper!''
In addition to the 88-year-old monarch, Charlotte would also love to work with pop legend Madonna.
The British make-up artist explained: ''I've meant to have done Madonna twice. There were a couple of times, like there was an album cover and I couldn't do it and different things.
''But yeah, she would be quite great ... the 'queen of pop'. That would be cool. I'm sure we'll make it happen one day.''
