The children of beloved Tv and radio personality Casey Kasem have lost their legal bid to take his remains back to the U.S. from Norway.
Kasem passed away in June (14) and his children, led by daughter Kerri, have been at war with their stepmother Jean over his death and funeral plans.
Jean obtained the funeral rights following her husband's passing and flew his body to Norway so he could be buried there.
However, her plans were thrown into jeopardy when Kerri and her siblings filed court papers earlier this month (Nov14) asking a judge to force Jean to return Kasem's body to the U.S.
According to Tmz.com, a Los Angeles judge has now denied Kerri's request, ruling that Jean has authority over the remains.
It's time for a riot grrrl revolution.
