Captain America: The Winter Soldier has topped the North American box office for the third week in a row.

The superhero film, starring Chris Evans and Scarlett Johansson, took in $26.6 million (Gbp16.6 million) over the Easter weekend (18-20Apr14), taking it's three-week tally past the $200 million (Gbp125 million) mark.

Animated movie Rio 2 comes in second with $22.5 million (Gbp14 million) on its opening weekend.

Christian drama Heaven is for Real debuts at three with $21.5 million (Gbp13.4 million), ahead of Johnny Depp's critically-savaged sci-fi thriller Transcendence, which enters the chart at four with a disappointing $11.1 million (Gbp6.9 million).

Rounding out the top five is horror spoof A Haunted House 2 with $9.1 million (Gbp5.7 million).
