Candice Swanepoel ''loves'' doing yoga workouts.
The 27-year-old supermodel - who is expecting her first child with Hermann Nicoli in September this year - has admitted she enjoys the spiritual practice because of its ''spiritual and physical'' benefits, but also likes to do ''lots'' of resistance training when she has the energy.
Speaking to TheImproper.com about her fitness regime, the South African star said: ''I do a lot of yoga, boxing when I have energy, Pilates on the reformer and lots of resistance training.
''I love yoga for the spiritual and physical sides. I meditate through yoga.''
And Candice - who became a Victoria's Secret angel in 2010 - has revealed she uses cupboard ingredients to remove her make-up after gracing the catwalk for the lingerie giant because she doesn't like to sleep with a face full of cosmetic products still on.
Speaking about her beauty routine, she said: ''Because I wear a lot of make-up for work it's really important to keep my skin clean after work so I use a great natural face wash, tea tree oil, and green tea.
''I use organic coconut oil to take my make-up off. I also add it to my smoothies to keep my skin glowing. It's a great all-round natural beauty product. No matter how tired I am, I will never sleep in my make-up.''
And Candice - who has recently fronted the beauty campaign for Givenchy's Dahlia Divin Le Nectar perfume - has revealed her ''favourite'' beauty essential is Bio Oil, which is known to reduce the appearance of stretch marks and uneven skin tones.
She explained: ''Bio Oil is my favourite product from back home in South Africa and I love using it on my hair and body.''
