BEACH BOY BRIAN WILSON has destroyed his image as a Sixties surf rock icon - by confessing he is too scared to set foot on a surf board. Wilson famously posed with surf boards on the band's album covers and recorded tracks and LPs with titles such as Surfin' Safari, Surfin' USA, Surfer Girl and Surf's Up. But 65-year-old Wilson refused to try his hand at the sport for a recent photo opportunity while on tour in Sydney, Australia - telling photographers, "I'd be so afraid. I tried one time and the board almost hit me in the head. It missed my head by two inches. "That was the end of Brian Wilson the surfer."
The actor says he isn't "holding out for more money or doing anything like that".
The drama will be making its return to the streaming service in the near future.
