BREAKING BAD has beaten FRINGE and THE GOOD WIFE as America's top TV show of the year (10) in a new magazine poll.
The cult drama, about a teacher who becomes a methamphetamine maker and drug dealer, has won actor Bryan Cranston plaudits and now it has been named America's top show in Entertainment Weekly's end-of-year issue.
Sci-fi drama Fringe comes in second ahead of Julianna Margulies' The Good Wife.
Comedies Community, Parks & Recreation, Modern Family and 30 Rock also make the top 10, as does the acclaimed Mad Men.
Meanwhile, Kanye West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy has been named the year's Best Album, ahead of The Suburbs by Arcade Fire, and Nothin' On You by B.O.B and Bruno Mars wins the Best Single prize.
The Social Network is the publication's Film of the Year, ahead of The Kids Are Alright.
