BOURNE ULTIMATUM actor JOEY ANSAH has been evicted from his London home, after illegally sub-letting it.
The 25-year-old won rave reviews for his performance as a slick CIA assassin in the spy franchise - but was renting a simple council-owned apartment in White City West London.
When Hammersmith and Fulham Council discovered Ansah wasn't the rightful tenant, he was given notice to leave and ordered to pay $2,500 (GBP1,250) in rent and costs.
A spokesperson for the council says, "It is illegal to sub-let your council flat."
The actor says he isn't "holding out for more money or doing anything like that".
The drama will be making its return to the streaming service in the near future.
