The remains of Pablo Neruda are set to be exhumed next month (Apr13), following new allegations the award-winning poet was poisoned.
The Chilean Nobel laureate, who was a major supporter of socialist President Salvador Allende, was thought to have died from prostate cancer on 23 September, 1973.
However his former driver, Manuel Araya, recently alleged dictator Augusto Pinochet, who wrestled control of the country from Allende during a military coup three weeks before Neruda's death, ordered bosses to inject the writer with poison as he lay bedridden at a clinic in Santiago.
And on Monday (04Mar13) Judge Mario Carroza ruled to have the 69 year old's casket unearthed for testing to either confirm or disprove the claims, according to Reuters.
The youngster hasn't been the same since his trip to the Upside Down.
The actor says he isn't "holding out for more money or doing anything like that".
The drama will be making its return to the streaming service in the near future.
