British Boyband Blue Insist They "Remain On Good Terms" With Their Record Label Bosses Despite Rumours They Have Been Dropped.
Reports suggest the One Love hitmakers have been booted by executives at their Sony record label less than a year after they were signed due to slow sales of their latest album Colours.
However, a representative for the band insists the singers have no animosity towards label executives and will continue releasing music, telling WENN, "After the boys finish on their sell out tour they will be back in the recording studio. The best friends will continue to do what they love and fans can be assured that there will be more music from the band next year. 2016 will see Blue celebrating fifteen years together."
The singers add in a post on the band's Facebook.com page, "We don't need to prove who we are, or ask permission to be here. We love Sony Music who have supported us and licenced the album for the U.K. and supported us on tour and we look forward to the rest of this year and the next as we move into 'Fifteen Years of Blue'."
It has yet to be confirmed whether Blue has been dropped from Sony's roster.
