BLINK-182's former roadie is suing the American rockers, claiming he gave them the title for their 2001 album TAKE OFF YOUR PANTS AND JACKET.

LARRY PALM last week (19JUN03) filed a lawsuit against the ALL THE SMALL THINGS GROUP in Los Angeles - accusing them of broach of oral and/or implied contract.

Palm claims Blink-182 asked him for a title suggestion for the 2001 release, and that the two parties had an oral agreement that he would be given a "reasonable value" for use of the slogan - but the band have refused to pay.
