Firefighters raced to the Universal Studios backlot in California on Thursday (08Dec11) after a blaze broke out at the famous site.
A fire started in the construction area of the former Technicolor building when sparks from building work ignited insulation material.
The flames were tackled by 55 firemen who managed to get the blaze under control. No injuries were reported.
A previous fire at the backlot in 2008 destroyed a set featured in Back to The Future and the studio's fake New York City streets.
