Martial arts master and actor BILLY BLANKS is taking his former money managers to court over allegations they conned him out of more than $1 million (£666,700).
The Tae Bo creator, who has appeared in movies such as Morgan Freeman's Kiss the Girls and Bruce Willis' The Last Boy Scout, filed legal papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday (20Oct10), accusing Rhenee Foster and Demetria Gutierrez of making more than 70 unauthorised wire transfers and cheque withdrawals from his account between 2007 and 2010.
The pair is said to have used the money to fund their own luxury lifestyles, including vacations, spa treatments and college tuition for one of their kids, reports TMZ.com.
Blanks, 55, is demanding compensation for the missing cash.
The actor says he isn't "holding out for more money or doing anything like that".
The drama will be making its return to the streaming service in the near future.
