LATEST: LARRY BIRKHEAD's former lawyer DEBRA OPRI has rejected an offer of $300,000 (GBP150,000) to settle their lawsuit. Opri filed a lawsuit last year (07), accusing the photographer of refusing to pay $620,000 (GBP310,000) in legal fees after she represented Birkhead in his battle for paternity of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, Dannielynn. A few months later, Birkhead began legal proceedings against Opri after accusing her of defrauding him out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. Birkhead has since offered Opri money to settle her outstanding legal bill, but she turned it down, according to his lawyer, Michael Trope. He tells the New York's gossip column PageSix, "Larry made a generous offer to settle. It's not like he was trying to walk away...She made a counter offer, which we elected to decline." Birkhead and Opri are scheduled to appear in court on 4 February (08).
The film is almost half an hour longer than 'The Force Awakens'.
The film is expected to continue without Mendes' involvement.
