Rap mogul Bryan 'birdman' Williams is facing eviction from his condominium due to $12,500 (£8,000) in unpaid fees and several bounced cheques.
The hip-hop star is at war with officials at the Ivy Condo Association after they filed a lien in November (14) to request a court to foreclose on his property in Miami, Florida.
According to documents obtained by Tmz.com, the association panel wanted Williams to be removed from the condo prior to the holidays last month (Dec14).
The debts are mounting for the star - he has a reported $1.9 million (£1.2 million) tax bill, a $1 million (£625,000) debt to a construction firm, and took out a $5 million (£3.1 million) loan against his home for renovations.
The actor says he isn't "holding out for more money or doing anything like that".
The drama will be making its return to the streaming service in the near future.
