Japanese pop star AYAKA called on the crowd at the Tokyo LIVE EARTH concert to help save the world.
The star, part of the line-up at the Japanese event, has already started changing the way she lives in a bid to cause less damage to the environment.
Speaking at the concert, she said, "We can start helping by doing something small.
"I started to carry my own eco-bag so I don't have to use plastic grocery bags, and use my own chopsticks instead of disposable ones."
'Smalls Change (Meditations Upon Ageing)' arrives in April.
The two awards have made for a great 72nd birthday present for the country music icon.
