British actor Ricky Huggins has been charged with murder in connection with the stabbing of a man in London last year (13).

The 30 year old, from Bermondsey, south London, was remanded in custody following a hearing at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court in the British capital.

The murder charge relates to the death of Chris Foster, 34, who was stabbed in the back outside a pub in Borough, south London in November (14).

Two other men - Aytach Lisani, 33, and Billy Dove, 29 - have also been charged in connection with the killing.

Huggins appeared in 2013 crime drama Three Stops Down from Plaistow, and had a role in John Hannah's upcoming movie Still Waters. He had also reportedly landed a small part in Ewan MCGregor's new film Our Kind of Traitor.
