A fan of A$Ap Rocky is suing the rapper for injuries she allegedly sustained at one of his concerts in 2012.
Tia Butts, 21, claims her head, neck, and back were injured when one of the performers onstage at the hip-hop star's House of Blues gig in Chicago, Illinois, stage dived and landed on her.
In court papers, obtained by the Chicago Sun-Times, Butts admits she is unsure who landed on her.
She is suing the House of Blues, the headliner, real name Rakim Mayers, Live Nation Worldwide, Ticketmaster Entertainment and others, claiming the defendants “neglected to maintain a safe environment for the patrons”.
Her lawyer tells the publication, "Who is to say a hip-hop concert has to be more aggressive than, say, a performance at the Civic Opera House?"
