The former couple settled its divorce in 2011 and Simon was reportedly supposed to put the Bearsville house up for sale as part of the divorce agreement.
A source tells the New York Post that the home failed to sell and alleges the former Mrs. Johansen continued using it as a vacation home.
However, on Wednesday (11Jun14), Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper ruled Simon must put the four-bedroom house on the market immediately.
The source continues, "The judge ruled it had to be immediately put up for sale for $695,000."
Johansen and Simon wed in 1983 and separated in 2006. The rocker is currently married to his third wife Mara Hennessey.
