Rocker Neil Young is teaming up with filmmaker Jonathan Demme to film a concert movie in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Canadian icon is currently recording a new album in Nashville and plans to stage a show at the city's famous Grand Ole Opry in August (05), which will be released as a DVD.

The Silence of the Lambs director Demme, a huge Neil Young fan, has signed up to direct the film, according to Billboard.COM.

It won't be Demme's first concert movie project - he was behind the lens for TALKING HEADS' STOP MAKING SENSE in the mid-1980s.
