The songwriting team behind the hits from Frozen are helping Oscars host Neil Patrick Harris hit all the right notes as he prepares for the 2015 Academy Awards next month (Feb15).

Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, who penned the instant Disney classic Let It Go, have written an original song for Hollywood's big night - and actor Harris will perform it at the top of the telecast on 22 February (15).

Harris announced the news on his Twitter account, stating, "What they are doing, I am not at liberty to say, but I can tell you that it won't be a song called Let It O with a big giant Swarovski crystal O in the background. They'll be doing something, maybe writing during the show."
