Nancy Grace was the latest to be eliminated from American reality contest Dancing With The Stars last night (November 8th 2011) as the show starts to head towards its climax with just four couples left in the running ahead of the season finale on November 22nd. The result wasn't unexpected; the legal commentator and television personality had finished dead last in the points last weekend.
Grace had been dancing with professional dancer Tristan MacManus and admitted her gratitude to him for helping her get so far in the competition - a feat no one really seriously considered she was capable of according to E! Online. "I am so proud, but I really cannot take the credit. It's been all Tristan, from the get-go," she said of the dancer who is in his first year with the show. "And the whole crew at Dwts, my family out here to take care of my twins so I could dance, all of you-and especially to you, Tristan." It means that the remaining four celebrities involved in the competition are Iraq war veteran J R Martinez, chat show host Ricki Lake, former soccer player Hope Solo and brother of Kim Kardashian, Rob. The world waits with baited breath as to whether the 31 year-old socialite will be in attendance at the semis to support her brother next weekend.
Brushing herself off from her elimination, Grace soon turned her attention towards the result of the Conrad Murray manslaughter trial, saying "I don't think [the guilty verdict is] fair. In fact, I think that he should have gotten murder one with propofol as a deadly weapon, and should have spent life behind bars," according to The Inquistr.
