Nancy Grace, the lawyer and television personality, was finally eliminated from Dancing With The Stars on Tuesday evening (7th November 2011) after weeks of gaffes that have bordered on the farcical, reports the Press Association.
Just one week shy of the semi-finals, Nancy was given her marching orders -with the general consensus on Twitter being that her elimination was long overdue. Possibly the weakest dancer left in the competition, she finished in last place following Mondays' show, scoring just 44 points out of a possible 60. After her performance, head judge Len Goodman compared her to Cinderella, saying, "You've come to the ball. It's midnight and it's time to go home". Her elimination ends weeks of controversy surrounding the lawyer, who shocked the nation with a wardrobe malfunction during the earlier rounds. She vehemently denied her dress had slipped down during her dance, despite videos surfacing the internet suggesting otherwise. Next, Nancy was alleged to have broken wind live on air, but again she denied the speculation. reported how a website catering for those with a flatulence fetish had offered to purchase the footage.
Following the elimination from the show this week, Grace attacked the decision to send Dr Conrad Murray to prison for a possible 4 years for the manslaughter of Michael Jackson. The lawyer claimed he should be sentenced to life imprisonment for 'murder one'.
