Two promotional clips for Ali G’s debut movie have been banned by watchdogs because he insults the Queen.

In one clip of Ali G In Da House Ali accidentally pulls Her Majesty’s skirt down as he is receiving a knighthood.

As her skirt falls to the floor Ali, leader of the Staines massive, looks between her legs and exclaims “Respec”.

In the second clip Ali kisses her hand saying : “You look much fitter than on the coins”.

Both scenes were to have been used on television to promote the release of Ali G In Da house on March 22.

But, in the Queens Golden Jubilee year, the scenes have been deemed “unfit for TV” by the Independent Television Commission.

The clips are the second time Ali, played by Sacha Baron Cohen, 29, has caused outrage in recent weeks.

The BBC were forced to issue an apology after Ali appeared on Sara Cox’s Radio 1 show last month and claimed he had “knobbed” J Lo, smuggled weed back from Jamaica and called Pop Idol winner Will a “batty boy”.

Ali G In Da House tells the story of Ali’s rise to the House of Commons from Staines and stars Charles Dance and Michael Gambon alongside Sacha Baron Cohen.

The film, which has an official website at www.aligindahouse.msn.co.uk , is released through United International Pictures on March 22.
