The Yes Man star and her producer husband Scott Stuber are already parents to four-year-old son Brooks Alan and 16-month-old daughter Scarlett May, and earlier this month (Aug16) they announced they will welcome a new baby later this year (16).

The pregnancy came as a surprise for the couple and the 43-year-old admits she has been struggling more with nausea and sickness this pregnancy.

"I've been crazy sick," she says in a new video posted to her website. "I wake up in the morning, I feel like I wanna vomit. I have lunch and wanna vomit, and wanna vomit at dinner... and then when I go to bed, I still want to vomit."

"I have vomited at grocery stores, I have vomited in my house, I have gagged on my toothpaste," she continues.

Molly is now into her second trimester and is starting to feel better, but she is still worried about the pregnancy because of her age.

"Being 43... we wanted to tell everyone, but we were super nervous about, you know, the testing... so it's just been really, really stressful, but everything so far is on track," she says.

And now that Molly's nausea has subsided, she is able to divulge some of her cravings.

"With Brooks, I literally ate, like, seven apples a day, she continues. "With Scarlett, I ate, like, seven oranges a day, and with this one... it's crazy, but it's chocolate.

Sims is also trying to adjust to her changing body.

"With my first baby, Brooks, I gained 84 pounds..." she reveals. "It took me almost 15, 16 months to lose it.

"With Scarlett, I went on medication and I didn't gain as much, but I was just about to reach my goal weight - the Kardashian goal weight. The weight where you feel, 'Oh my God, my stomach looks good'."

"I really miss my waist. I have a waist," she jokes. "(I don't have) a Sports Illustrated waist any longer."

She is also battling fatigue and hormonal changes while still having to care for her other two children.

"It's much more tiring," she says. "I don't get anything done. I think I'm much more hormonal. I'm like the crazy b**ch sometimes - I'll be really nice one time, and really crazy the next."
