Miranda Richardson has hit out at her The Hours co-star Nicole Kidman, hinting she struggled with the superstar's ego on the set of the 2003 film.
The pair shared a lesbian kiss in the film - in which Kidman played novelist Virginia Woolf - but English actress Richardson insists there was no chemistry, suggesting the Australian star was pre-occupied with her recent divorce from Tom Cruise.
She says, "I didn't get to know Nicole, or have the most marvelous time. The chemistry wasn't good. It can be difficult: egos, or maybe something's going on in someone's life."
