The Australian model - who has two-year-old son Flynn with husband Orlando Bloom - is a keen practitioner of yoga and says her favourite poses are the ones which require flexibility.
Asked her favourite yoga position, she said: ''I really like being upside down, so I'd have to say a headstand. I was a gymnast when I was younger so I can do a good backbend.''
Miranda - who is known for her healthy lifestyle - loves throwing barbecues with her spouse, but says the 'Lord of the Rings' actor is most likely to be behind the grill, while she stays in doors preparing salads to supplement the food.
She told ES magazine: ''He loves to get behind the barbecue and I'll usually be inside making salads. My speciality is a combination of spinach, green olives, halloumi, cucumber, almonds and avocado, topped with macadamia nut oil.''
Miranda - who turns 30 tomorrow (20.04.13) - recently announced she was stepping down as a Victoria's Secret Angel and may want to use having more free time to fulfill her musical ambitions.
She admitted: ''I'd like to learn to play the harp because it's such a romantic instrument.''
